My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant for more than 10 years. It&#39;s always good and our go-to for fish dishes in Paris. The service from the manager and his team is excellent.

I like the steak here very much. The steak tastes very good, and the juice is very good. It tastes very tender. The steak is also medium in size, very good entrance, and the final soup is also very good.

虽是中午竟也七七八八的几近满员，一顿饭的功夫见了久违的朋友，都挺好。中午的三道式套餐选择还蛮多的，叔选了一道蟹肉、一道牛肉、一道栗子甜品，幸福感满满，好喜欢这里米其林一星的法式美食，也喜欢这里午后惬意的光影。

Although it was noon, it was almost full, and the kung fu of a meal to see a long-lost friend was very good. There are quite a lot of three-course package choices at noon. The uncle chose a crab meat, a beef, and a chestnut dessert. I feel full of happiness. I really like the Michelin-star French cuisine here, and I also like the pleasant light and shadow here in the afternoon.

Both the food and service were exceptional.  I would go there again and again.  Only tip for improvement, things got a little slow toward the end.  :)

The staff at Pierre Gagnaire was outstanding.  Every possible need was promptly addressed, and the positive , friendly team was delightful.  The food choices were easy to follow, creatively organized, beautifully presented and tasted magnificent.

A phenomenal dining experience. The setting was modern yet classy. We went for the a la carte rather than the degustation as advised by restaurant staff. The dishes were designed and plated to perfection, akin to fine art on a plate. The entrees were executed flawlessly with profound taste and texture profiles. We found the mains (we had the veal and langoustine) option to be good but slightly overwhelming. Portions were generous. However  we did not enjoy as much working through different styles of the same type of meat. Despite having the variety, it somehow felt like a lack of variety with some of the variations we found to be a stretch (we liked 3 out of the 5 variations)  and were not as amused by the flavor profiles of some. Deserts were very well executed and it left us on a sweet note. All in all wonderful culinary and art journey!

Excellent food, service and ambiance. Pierre Gagnaire himself was there and we really enjoyed the experience
